Not satisfied with your purchase? Please let us know what is bothering you and we can try to work with you in order to replace your order or give your money back. Just follow these 3 steps:

Step 1:

Contact us at CONTACT@MYMOVESTORE.COM with your concern. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further questions and instructions.

Step 2:

If your order was sen’t wrong by us – meaning you got something other than what you ordered – then we will exchange your product.

*Product must be in its ORIGINAL condition.

Step 3:

We normally need 2 to 3 business days to process the entire information and then we will ship your new product. Refund will be issued when the product arrives at our location. Product must be in its original condition. 

However, if you ordered a product that didn’t fit you, at the moment we do not offer exchange. If that is your case, please contact us as we will do our best to assist and make you happy =)
