It’s been a while since we posted last and today we’ll give you some updates on what is going on with MYMOVE.

Lately, some of my friends have been asking: How come you are only selling online now? Why don’t you have products in stock anymore?

Well, there are many reasons for this shift but the main one is that we are evolving. As a brand, we want to be able to have more than just t-shirts. Even though, most of our products are t-shirts and we started as a t-shirt company, we want more. We want to be a “Sports Brand” and in order to do that we need to expand our horizon.

Shifting our company to online business only, allow us to get more variety to our costumers. It gives us the opportunity to test products and see how you guys respond to it. Also, this whole ride started with gut feelings and our guts requested this shift and we are following it.

So now, how does this new business model (drop shipping) work?

We are in contact with one of the biggest drop shipping companies in the country. They are rated top in every product that they have available. The way it works is we design our products, collect samples from them to see how the products feel and look and if it matches our standards, we connect them to our store. Once updated in our online shop, then you – the costumer – can order it. Once you make the purchase from our page, the product is manufactured and delivered to your house.

How long does it take to get a product?

It takes about 3-5 business days to create the product. Then you add the shipping times on top of that. 97% of the time, our products are shipped within 5 business days. So, in about a week you will receive the product at your house.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? What if it doesn’t fit me?

The first thing you should do is get in touch with us (mymoveofficial@gmail.com) as soon as you receive the product. If you receive the wrong product, we will send you a new product right away as that qualifies as a mistake on our end. In order to avoid mistakes on sizes, we added the size chart on our products page. You should always verify that in order to avoid errors. If that is your case, at the present moment, we do not offer returns but we would be more than happy to work something out with you. Please email us whenever you receive something that you are not happy with.
